internalizing concepts

One way that professionals demonstrate the quality of being a professional is by knowing and using essential concepts for their profession. For educators this is especially important since many key educational concepts enable us to be effective practitioners that model quality educational behavior in all that we don. Without this, we are weakened. Yesterday's "exit check" showed that many of us at this workshop need to work harder at fully understanding the concept of Constructiveism.

Great job! You did recognize our "weakness" about concept of Constructivism, so you have start this mornings session with that. What I really like was your open talk about "UNANDERSTENDING". That’s not so usual in our mentality and country!
