I always find it refreshing to spend time with fellow educators from around the world. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn and share ideas, to be challenged and to grow.

I agree with you that sharing ideas with other educaters is great thing and we could learn a lot from each other. Yesterday we started learning about facilitating and today I hope we will continue and reach our goals. At the end of the day I will tell you if my expactation are satisfied.
Dear Eric, During the workshop you always exhibited the highest standards of professionalism, dedication and energy. In addition to your formal leadership roles you are a peer leader among all PEP staff, demonstrated by example and mentoring the best ways of influencing the development of Macedonian education. As the leader of this program you have been working diligently and effectively to build permanent local capacity that will remain after the current project concludes.

Teacher must be ready to incorporated new methodology into their curriculum and to adapting them to new time.
